A debut in movies is the most difficult things for any aspiring actor. This stepping stone generally determines one's future in the industry. In Bollywood, genes have a lot to do when it comes to getting opportunities to feature in a movie. And if you happen to be a female, your task is a little easier. The only trait you need to flaunt is your looks. If you have them, you are sure to go places.
Sara Ali Khan, the progeny of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh is twice lucky. She is already working on her debut movie, Kedarnath opposite Sushant Singh Rajput. Earlier, she was rumoured to be launched by Karan Johar but then Abhishek Kapoor signed her for her launch. This movie was mired in controversy from the very beginning when Hrithik Roshan refused to do this movie.
Now she's reportedly signed by Anushka Sharma's production house 'Clean Slate Films', which is co-owned by her brother Karnesh. To be co-produced with KriArj Entertainment, this Arjun N Kapoor and Prernaa Arora owned production house were searching for a female lead when this opportunity knocked on Sara's door. So getting another movie more than 12 months before Kedarnath is released, it speaks volume about her potential.
Considering the star cast of Kedarnath, this movie is expected to do pretty well. Sara reportedly plays a tourist who visits Kedarnath Temple at Uttarakhand, and from the first look, we can say that she looks convincing in her character. Her character then reportedly falls in love with Sushant's character, who plays a 'Pithoo', the person who transports the tourists to the temple.
The movie produced by Ekta Kapoor and Prerna Arora, is scheduled to release in the month December next year.
