'War' hits triple century on Box-Office!

Hrithik Roshan, Tiger Shroff and Vaani Kapoor's film 'War' has emerged as the biggest Bollywood hit of this year. The film not only took the biggest first day opening to date (51.60 crores) but also made several records including surpassing the box office collections of Salman Khan's 'Bharat', Vicky Kaushal's 'Uri: The Surgical Strike' and Shahid Kapoor's 'Kabir Singh'.

After this, the next target of Siddharth Anand's film was to touch the figure of 300 crores, which it reached on Sunday. 'War' remained steady on box office and collected 2.80 crores on Friday and on Saturday it earned 4.35 crores and with that, the total figure of the film reached 295.75 crores.

The film was expected to perform well on Sunday as well and as expected, the film collected around Rs 6 crore from the box office and with this, the film touched the magical figure of 300 crores and entered the 300 crores club becoming the eighth film of Bollywood to do so.

War remained unaffected by Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar's 'The Sky Is Pink' and Saif Ali Khan's 'Lal Kaptaan'. Yash Raj Studios is the producer of this film directed by Siddharth Anand and the film was released on October 2 on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti.
