Why is Esha Gupta asking for help from Mumbai police?

Several Bollywood celebrities have faced a bunch of social trolling, cyberbullying, and harassment on social media. Although, a few kept quiet in the past while not responding to such harassers but, nowadays most of the celebrities are coming out and taking stands for themselves. Recently, Sonakshi took a pledge to stop cyberbullying and harassment and started a campaign 'Mission Josh' with the help of Special IGP Mr Pratap Dighavkar. Shaheen Bhatt is also among those celebrities who are taking action against the trollers. Now, Esha Gupta has stood up for her self-esteem and reported a social media user while requesting her fans to take steps against such users.

Esha Gupta shared a screenshot of a user profile who is trying to harass her on social media and also urged Mumbai Police to help her out. She wrote on her Instagram story, "Please feel free to report this useless scum..@mumbaipolice he's harassing me please help." Check out her Instagram story here -


Talking about her work, Esha Gupta was last seen in Ashok Nanda's 'One Day: Justice Delivered', as a police officer Laxmi Rathi. The actress will be seen next in Mehul Atha's 'Desi Magic' which stars Ameesha Patel, Zayed Khan and Sahil Shroff in the pivotal roles. The film follows the story of a fashion designer who launches her own clothing line but things start changing when she meets a man and he decides to introduce her to his girlfriend.
