We earlier saw Akshay Kumar donning a Chinese piggy tail for a song in Chandni Chowk To China and now he will be seen sporting long hair through out the film in Vipul Shah's Action Replay. Both Aishwarya Rai and
Akshay Kumar will be seen sporting the 70's look in the film.
Unit sources say that "Akshay Kumar is sporting long hair for the first time in his career in the film and for that he has made use of a wig.
He shot a song for the movie at film city recently where he was
wearing white trousers, a white shirt and red jacket. Aishwarya was wearing a yellow knee length skirt. Both of them are sporting the 70's look. Aishwarya has an extraordinary look in the film."
Earlier Shah Rukh Khan had sported long hair in Om Shanti Om. Salman too had long hair in his forthcoming venture Veer. Akshay Kumar is sporting long hair for the first time in his career.
Action Replay is based on a unique concept. It's a film in which the story progresses backwards in time. The film has no action as the title suggests
. Director Vipul Shah had quoted earlier that "Action Replay
has absolutely no action in the movie. Apparently some write-up mentioned Action Replay as the name of my new film with Akshay. I said it was not. But the title stuck, " he said
Akshay and Aishwarya are making a comeback after 5 years in this film. They were last seen together in director Raj Kumar Santoshi's Khakee.
