Bebo’s cheeks appeared to be sinking and she was not even trying to pout!

Has she tried to do a size zero on her face? Or taken a bit of help? Every time Kareena returns from abroad, she looks alag.

Remember earlier this year she was spotted with a bulging belly! Hmmm...
