If the buzz pertaining to this gorgeous hottie is to be believed then after sharing screen space with Sridevi, now Priya has been roped in by Farhan Akhtar to play the female lead in his upcoming cine venture Fukrey.

Soon after returning from US, where she had been to pursue a degree in Media and Journalism, Priya worked in several commercials including Nutrine Maha Lacto and Cadbury Dairy Milk.

Initially Priya was supposed to debut with Tamil film 'Pugaippadam', but since the release of the movie got postponed until 2010, thus making Tamil action-thriller 'Vaamanan' to be her debut flick.
Whereas she made her Telugu cine debut opposite Rana Daggubati and Richa Gangopadhaya in political drama 'Leader'.

Grapevine even suggests that, she has also been signed as female lead by Priyadarsahn for his next project Rangrez, where Jackky Bhagnani will be playing the male lead.
