- 1 cup Strawberry or Berries
- 1/2 cup Apple juice
- 1/2 cup Frozen Berries
- 1/2 cup Oat Bran Cereal
- 1 cup Club Soda
- Place apple juice, berries, ice cubes or water, oat bran cereal, and club soda into blender.
