- 100 gms Paneer
- Lettuce or Watercress
- 150 gms peeled Prawns
- 200 gms Asparagus tips
- Freshly ground Black Pepper
- 4 tbsp chopped, diced Cucumber
- Mix the cottage cheese, prawns and cucumber together, seasoning to taste with the pepper.
- Lay the mixture on a bed of shredded lettuce or watercress and decorate with the asparagus tips.
Tip: Use a shallow four to five-inch pot with a large opening, and cook shrimp uncovered to lessen the fishy odor.
