Fish in Orange juice Recipe


  • Butter
  • 125 ml Orange juice
  • 50 gm crushed Cornflakes
  • 250 gm boneless Fish, skinned
  • 40 gm Cheddar Cheese, grated


  1. Put the fish fillets into a dish suitable for use in a microwave.
  2. Pour over the orange juice and cover with the grated cheddar and crushed cornflakes.
  3. Dot with a little butter. Cover, leaving an air vent, and cook on full power for 4 minutes, stirring halfway through.
