- 4 Apples
- 1 cup Celery, diced
- ½ cup Cream(soured)
- 1 cup Pecans, chopped
- ½ cup fat free Mayonnaise
- 200 gm Chicken breast, boiled or baked
- Mix mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Combine ingredients, add pecans just prior to serving.
- Serve on bed of lettuce and garnish with avocado.
Tip: To make thick gravy for chicken grate the onions, squeeze out their juice. Fry the onions and the masala. Add the juice as stock, after the onions are brown.
