Meat Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • cup Mayonnaise
  • 500 gm minced Meat
  • 2 tbsp chopped Onions
  • 1 tbsp chopped Parsley
  • 750 gm medium Mushrooms

Method:

  1. Combine and mix ingredients well, except mushrooms.
  2. Wash mushrooms thoroughly and remove stems.
  3. Shape mixture into small balls and place in mushroom cap.
  4. Broil about 2 inches from heat or in oven 10-15 minutes.


Tip: Chilling meatballs before cooking keeps them from falling apart. Use an ice cream scoop to shape meatballs.
