- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Mustard
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 500 gm minced Meat
- 2 tbsp chopped Onions
- 1 tbsp chopped Parsley
- 750 gm medium Mushrooms
- Combine and mix ingredients well, except mushrooms.
- Wash mushrooms thoroughly and remove stems.
- Shape mixture into small balls and place in mushroom cap.
- Broil about 2 inches from heat or in oven 10-15 minutes.
Tip: Chilling meatballs before cooking keeps them from falling apart. Use an ice cream scoop to shape meatballs.
