- 90 ml Dark Rum
- 3 tbsp Coconut Milk
- 3 tbsp crushed Pineapple
- Place all the ingredients in blender.
- Add two cups of crushed ice and blend at high speed for about half a minute.
- Strain into a tall tumbler and serve.
Tip: Handle glasses by the stem. You don't want to warm the glass after you've chilled it or leave fingerprints.
