- 4 tsp of Black Tea
- 3 pieces of Clove
- 4 spoons of Honey
- 4 cups of boiling water
- ¼ tsp of ground Ginger
- ¼ tsp of ground Cinnamon
- 4 slices of Lemon (with the peel)
- Allow tea to steep in two cups of boiling water for about 5 minutes.
- In a suitable pot, mix all the other ingredients except for the lemon slices and bring almost to a boil.
- Add the tea to the pot and allow to boil for another 1-2 minutes. Garnish with the lemon slices.
Tip: To keep ants away from sugar, add a few cloves in the sugar.
