- 2 Egg yolks
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 60 ml Light Rum
- ½ cup Half and Half
- 2 tsp Powdered Sugar
- Pour egg yolks, sugar, milk, half and half and rum, if desired, into a blender cup.
- Blend on high speed until ingredients are well combined and frothy, about 45 seconds.
- Pour into punch cups. Garnish with nutmeg, if desired.
Tip: Handle glasses by the stem. You don't want to warm the glass after you've chilled it or leave fingerprints.
