- 25 ml Gin
- ½ tsp Sugar
- 60 ml Bacardi light rum
- Juice of a small Lime
- A Lime wheel for garnishing
- Shake all the ingredients together (except the rum) with ice.
- Then add the rum and shake again.
- Once cold, strain into the chilled rocks glass.
- Garnish with the lime wheel.
Tip: Handle glasses by the stem. You don't want to warm the glass after you've chilled it or leave fingerprints.
