- 2 tsp Sugar
- Hot Coffee
- 45 ml Scotch Whisky
- Double or heavy Whipping cream
- Stir the liqueur and sugar together
- Fill up the heated glass mug with coffee to about 1.5 cm short of the rim.
- Pour the cream slowly onto the top of the drink, possibly using the back of a spoon, to form a layer on top.
Tip: Keep vodka in the freezer for best results.
