Mathura Pera Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 1 kg Khoya
  • 100 gms Ghee
  • 50 gms Almaonds
  • 1 kg Castor Sugar
  • 100 gms Pistachios
  • 20 gms Cardamom
  • 1 tsp Choco Colour

Method:

  1. Mix the ingredients together and kneed it into dough.
  2. Add a pinch of Choco colour in it.
  3. Make into peras.


Tip: Place a piece of plastic wrap on the surface of cooked pudding filling immediately after pouring to prevent a skin from forming.
