Acapulco Bliss Recipe


  • 4-5 Ice cubes
  • 25 ml Tequila
  • 2 tsp Galliano
  • 25 ml Lemon juice
  • 25 ml Single Cream
  • 100 ml Passion fruit juice
  • 1 tbsp Pisang Ambon (banana liqueur)
  • Lemon slices, Pineapple wedges and mint sprigs to decorate


  1. Pour the tequila, Pisang Ambon, Galliano, lemon juice cream and passion fruit juice into a cocktail shaker.
  2. And the ice cubes and shake vigorously.
  3. Pour into a sling glass and decorate with lemon slices, a pineapple wedge and a mint sprig.

Tip: Keep vodka in the freezer for best results.
