- 4-5 Ice cubes
- 25 ml Tequila
- 2 tsp Galliano
- 25 ml Lemon juice
- 25 ml Single Cream
- 100 ml Passion fruit juice
- 1 tbsp Pisang Ambon (banana liqueur)
- Lemon slices, Pineapple wedges and mint sprigs to decorate
- Pour the tequila, Pisang Ambon, Galliano, lemon juice cream and passion fruit juice into a cocktail shaker.
- And the ice cubes and shake vigorously.
- Pour into a sling glass and decorate with lemon slices, a pineapple wedge and a mint sprig.
Tip: When shaking a cocktail, a short, snappy action is recommended.
