- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsps Garlic, crushed
- Salt according to taste
- 2 tsps Green Chillies, crushed
- 1 ½ cup Black Gram, sprouted
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Sautee crushed garlic and add sprouts, salt and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and green chillies.
Tip: New potatoes are best for potato salad, but if they aren't available, use boiling potatoes.
