Sea Soup Recipe


  • 6 slices Pomfret Fish
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 2 tsp minced Garlic
  • cup shredded Cabbage
  • tsp Black Pepper powder


  1. Put all the ingredients in a vessel and bring to boil.
  2. Simmer for about 8-10 mins or more. Make sure fish is cooked.
  3. Serve hot.

Tip: To allow free flow of sauce from a sauce bottle to a pourer, insert a drinking straw half way, into the bottle and hold it there lightly with one hand while pouring with the other.
