Paneer Salad Recipe


  • 2 grated Carrots
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • tsp Salt
  • 100 gm Paneer
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1 cup Shelled peas
  • tsp Mustard seeds
  • tsp Black Pepper powder


  1. Heat the oil.
  2. Add mustard seeds. Add the grated carrot and shelled peas and cover for 2 minutes.
  3. Transfer it to a serving bowl.
  4. Mash the paneer and add to the above.
  5. Add black pepper, salt and chopped coriander.
  6. Mix it properly and serve

Tip: Fruit juices such as pineapple, orange or mango can be used as salad dressing by adding a little vegetable oil, a dash of nutmeg and honey if desired.
