Cucumber and Lentils Salad Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Moong daal
  • 1" Ginger
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • Coriander leaves
  • tsp Black Pepper
  • Fresh Coconut (grated)
  • 2 Cucumber, finely chopped

Method:

  1. Soak moong daal for ond and a half hour.
  2. Take a bowl. Put moong daal, chopped cucumber, chopped coriander, green chilli, ginger, lemon, coconut, salt and black pepper.
  3. Mix it properly and serve.


Tip: When buying salad greens, look for bright colors and greens that look crisp, moist and fresh. Brown or dark green spots and withering leaves are a sign of aging. Look for heads of lettuce that are tight.
