Spiced Amrud Recipe


  • 2 cups Guava juice
  • 1tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 10-15 Fresh Mint leaves(Chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste


  1. Place the red chili powder, guava juice, mint leaves, lemon juice, salt and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
  2. Pour into individual glasses and serve chilled.

Tip: Adding half a tsp of sodium bicarbonate in the milk while boiling will not spoil the milk even if you don't put it in the fridge.
