South sensation Vijay Deverakonda has established himself as a leading actor of Telugu cinema by starring in lead roles in critical and commercial successes such as Arjun Reddy (2017), Mahanati (2018), Geetha Govindam (2018), and Taxiwaala (2018). He again continued his legacy of an angry young man with his 2019 release 'Dear Comrade'. Recently, Vijay penned a heartwarming note on social media while celebrating the one year of his memorable film 'Dear Comrade'.
Vijay Deverakonda expresses his deep-down feeling for the film on Instagram and wrote, "I have so many feelings from Dear Comrade - it's hard to put it into a few words. Today if it was offered to me, I would go straight back to that team and story and make it again! Everyone on that film, I'll always have a special place for you in my heart. It's a film whose release and incidents that happened around then changed me- I am sure I'll talk to you about it someday."

In the film, Vijay Devarakonda plays the lead role of a student leader, Bobby while Rashmika Mandanna portrayed the role of a cricketer, Lilly. The romantic action drama film was written and directed by Bharat Kamma and produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Yash Rangineni.
Last year, after watching this film, the filmmaker Karan Johar acquired the rights of its Hindi remake, although the film failed to shine at the box-office. On the work front, the actor will be seen next in Puri Jagannadh's Untitled film which will be a bilingual film opposite Ananya Panday.
