Several filmmakers have announced films on late actor Sushant Singh Rajput which includes, Suicide or Murder: A star was lost’, ‘Shashank’ and ‘Nyay: The Justice’. Sushant's father showed his disagreement with the announced films and allegedly filed a plea against films in order to stop them from releasing. But Delhi High Court has dismissed his plea and refused to stay the release of the film ‘Nyay: The Justice'.

Reportedly, ‘Nyay’ is scheduled to release in June, whereas filming of ‘Suicide or Murder: A star was lost’ and ‘Shashank’ will commence in upcoming days. As per Sushant's father, filmmakers are taking advantage of the situation and are trying to encash this opportunity for ulterior motives. He further stated that the film can harm the image of Sushant Singh Rajput.
