On Indian Air Force Day: Kangana Ranaut says, 'Tejas is an ode to our Air Force’s greatness, bravery and sacrifice'!
On August 28th, Kangana Ranaut announced that her next film 'Tejas' will go on floors in December this year. The actress also shared a poster from the film, in which she can be seen standing in front of an IAF fighter plane while donning the uniform and posing for the camera. Once again Kangana posted the same poster on social media on Indian Air Force Day. Indian Air Force Day was officially established on 8 October 1932 as an auxiliary air force of the British Empire which honored India's aviation service during World War II with the prefix Royal.

On the occasion of Indian Air Force Day, Kangana Ranaut posted a war-drama film 'Tejas' poster on Twitter and wrote, "Team #Tejas wishing everyone #IndianAirforceDay, our film is an ode to our Air Force's greatness, bravery and sacrifice..... More about the film, helmed by Sarvesh Mewara, 'Tejas' is the story of a daring and fierce fighter pilot, played by Kangana Ranaut. The Indian Air Force was the first of the country's defense forces to induct women into combat roles in 2016 and the film is inspired by this landmark event. On the work front, Kangana Ranaut has some of the most anticipated movies in her kitty. She is going to be portraying the role of late politician Jayalalithaa in the biopic directed by Vijay A L's 'Thalaivi'. Along with Thalaivi, she also has Razneesh Ghai's film 'Dhadak' in the pipeline in which she will be seen as a spy.
