Eros International has announced a strategic alliance with Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd. to co-distribute Subhash Ghai's YUVVRAAJ, slated for release on 21st November.

Under the terms of the deal, Eros has secured a minimum guarantee from Ashtavinayak against license of theatrical rights for the territory of India.

The strategy behind the deal is to bring together the distribution expertise of both companies to maximise the theatrical revenue potential from India.

Eros is the world right owner of YUVVRAAJ and will be exploiting all other rights such as satellite television, home entertainment and new media and will be distributing the film through the worldwide Eros offices internationally.
